Ingredients
- Cucumbers (fresh) – 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Potatoes (baked) – 2 pieces
- Radish - 5-6 pieces
- Chicken fillet (baked) – 250 g
- Green onion - 4 pen
- Kefir (low-fat) – 200 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into cubes and put them in a bowl. Hard-boiled eggs are also cut into cubes and put to cucumbers.
Cool and peel the baked potatoes, then cut into cubes and put them in a bowl.
Wash the radish and check for bitterness, then cut it and put it in a bowl.
Now you need to add chopped green onions and any other herbs to taste.
Cool the baked chicken, cut into cubes and put it with the rest of the products. Now you can mix everything up.
Put the right amount of okroshka in a deep dish. Add kefir, salt, spices, lemon juice (optional) and water. For piquancy, add mustard.
