Mix 100 g of sugar and pectin, set aside.
Cut the apricots into slices, peel off the seeds and finely chop.

Boil for 15 minutes and put aside to cool for 40-60 minutes.
Bring the mass to a boil, add citric acid and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the billet with pectin, boil for another 5 minutes and roll up.
