Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 1 kg
- Apples - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Cherry leaves - 3 handfuls
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the leaves, cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Strain the broth, add sugar to it and boil until the syrup is smooth.
Add the chokeberry and chopped apples to the syrup.
Cook the jam for 20-30 minutes to the desired thickness.
Roll it up in sterile jars for the winter.
