Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 2 pod
- Garlic - 100 g
- Olive oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 90 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mince tomatoes, peeled garlic and bell pepper.
Cut the hot pepper in half lengthwise, peel off the seeds and chop the same.
Mix the blanks in a large saucepan, add spices, oil, sugar, salt and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the heat after 2 minutes.
Spread the hot adjika into sterilized jars and roll it up.
