Of all possible Caesar dressings, I prefer fragrant vegetable oils. It's both faster and easier, and in my opinion even tastier. I suggest this option with a small amount of fragrant sesame oil.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken fillet with spices and bake in foil for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Put the salad mix in the plates, and on it – chicken slices and crackers.

Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Mix olive oil with sesame oil and sprinkle with Caesar.
