- Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the blackberries in a blender.
Transfer to a saucepan, add sugar and leave for 2 hours.
Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Add citric acid and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fill the prepared jars with hot jam, roll them up and wrap them with a thick towel.
