
You probably know that carrots make a wonderful filling for pies and whole carrot cupcakes. And today I suggest you try to make jam from it as well. I guarantee that both children and adults will be delighted!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the lemons and boil in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Put them through a meat grinder or grind them in a blender together with the peel.

Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces to taste. You can grate it on a grater or also pass it through a meat grinder.

Mix carrots, lemon and sugar, and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, stirring regularly.

Remove the pan from the heat and set aside for 2-3 hours. Then boil the jam again for 40 minutes.

At the very end of cooking, add vanilla and put the jam in sterilized jars. Roll up.
