Cut potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, carrots and sausage into cubes. Try to make the pieces about the same size.

Cut the olives into circles. Olives will be needed to decorate the salad, they should be cut in half.

In a deep bowl, mix eggs, sausage, olives, peas, cucumbers, potatoes and carrots.
