Boil potatoes and carrots for 20-30 minutes, and beetroot separately for 50 minutes. Cool the vegetables and peel them.

Cut potatoes, beets, carrots, cucumbers and onions into small cubes. Put everything in a deep bowl.

Add the beans, sunflower oil and salt.

Gently mix the salad with a spoon so as not to mash the vegetables.
