Salad with salmon, tomatoes and Peking cabbage

For this recipe, I advise you to use salmon in salted or smoked form. Both options go well with Peking cabbage and tomatoes, but smoked gives the salad a brighter and more expressive taste.

Ingredients

Peking cabbage - 1 head
Salmon - 300 g
Carrots - 2 pieces
Tomatoes - 300 g
Corn - 1 bank
Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the pekin and grate the carrots on a grater.

But cut the tomatoes and salmon bigger.

Add corn, season the salad with mayonnaise and pepper.
