Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Semolina - 3 art.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese and mix it with egg and sugar.
Add 2 tablespoons of semolina, add salt, mix the dough and leave for 10 minutes.
Mix the remaining semolina with flour. Form cheesecakes and pan in this mixture.
Fry the cheesecakes in a frying pan on both sides.
