- Cottage cheese (fat–free) - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Coconut flour - 70 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with a fork with egg and honey.

Add coconut flour and baking powder, and again thoroughly mix the curd mass.

Form cheesecakes and bake on parchment for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

5 minutes before the end of cooking, turn over the cheesecakes.
