My favorite everyday breakfast is an avocado and egg sandwich. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, very healthy and delicious, and also looks great. If your family also likes scrambled eggs in the morning, then be sure to try this serving!
Ingredients
- Bread - 1 slice
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Avocado - 0.5 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Nuts (chopped) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, add lemon juice, spices, crushed garlic, chopped nuts, and then mix everything.

Toast the bread in a dry pan and put the avocado mass on it.

Separately fry the scrambled eggs to the consistency that you like. Put it on a sandwich.
