With ordinary caviar sandwiches, everything is clear, but what to do when they are already tired? It seems to me that even such a banality from childhood can be played in a new way. For example, serve them in the form of these charming festive canapes with smoked salmon and eggs.
Ingredients
- Bread Rolls (or rye bread) – 8 pieces
- Butter - 30 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Green onion - 3 pen
- Salmon (smoked) – 100 g
- Fish caviar (black or red) – 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel and cut into circles.
Grease loaves or well-dried slices of black bread with butter.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and lay out a slice of salmon.
On the fish – an egg, and on it – a spoonful of caviar. Decorate the canapes with dill sprigs on top.
