Salad of red cabbage, carrots, apples and prunes

Add more light salads to your diet. I recommend trying this wonderful recipe. It is delicious, healthy and easy to prepare. Be sure to mix the cabbage with the oil separately, otherwise all the ingredients will turn the same color.

Ingredients

Red cabbage - 400 g
Apples - 1 piece
Carrots - 1 piece
Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the red cabbage into thin strips. Add the olive oil and stir.

Wash the prunes with boiling water, dry and chop.

Peel the apple, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Peel and grate the carrots.

Mix cabbage, apples, carrots and prunes.

Add salt, ground pepper and mix.
