Ingredients
- Carrots - 800 g
 - Garlic - half a head
 - Lemon - half
 - Honey - 3 art.l.
 - Vegetable oil - 100 ml
 - Ground coriander - to taste
 - Ground red pepper - to taste
 - Salt - 1 tsp.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Add sugar, salt and spices. Stir and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil well in a frying pan and pour it into a bowl with carrots.
Add the juice of half a lemon and garlic passed through the press. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
