- Chicken hearts - 450 g
 - Carrots - 1 piece
 - Vegetable oil - 50 ml
 - Dried chili pepper - 0.5 tsp.
 - Ground black pepper - 3 pinches
 - Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
 - Vinegar - 1 tsp.
 - Garlic - 1 clove
 - Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
 
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the hearts for 40 minutes in boiling water and put them in a colander.
Finely chop the carrots and chop the garlic.
Heat the oil and fill the workpiece.
Add spices and vinegar, mix everything together and leave for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator.
