- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with a whisk with salt and pepper, and add the sifted flour. It is better to do it in two passes, because it may need less.
Stir the batter thoroughly – it must be thick.
Dip crab sticks in it. fry in hot vegetable oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

Put the crab sticks in the batter on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Serve them separately, with bread or with your favorite sauce.
