Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the currants, rinse and put them on a towel to dry.
Place the berries in a small container, cover with sugar and crush thoroughly with a crush.
Boil water in a saucepan, add the resulting mixture and boil for 3 minutes.
Strain the liquid through a strainer and put it back on the fire.
Dilute the starch in a glass of cold water and pour a thin stream into a saucepan with a decoction. At the same time, stir constantly with a spoon.
Warm up the jelly for 1 minute, but do not boil. Remove from the heat and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Pour the jelly into cups, decorate with berries and lemon balm.
