- Bananas - 1 piece
- Milk - 250 ml
- Ground cinnamon - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the mango, cut off the pulp and cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and also cut into pieces.

Put the fruit in a blender bowl, add cinnamon and, if necessary, sweetener.

Pour in the milk. Cover the bowl with a lid and grind everything for about a minute, until completely homogeneous.

If you want to get a more liquid smoothie, pour in more milk.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve with a straw. You can decorate the glass with slices of fruit, mint leaves, ground cinnamon.
