Ingredients
- Aquafaba (or pickle from peas) – 80 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 8 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the broth or pickle from the peas with sugar, salt and vinegar for about a minute.
Continuing to beat, pour in the oil.
Beat the mayonnaise until thick.
Add mustard and whisk again.
