Fragrant juicy meat with hot pepper sauce – what could be better? I don't like store-bought blanks too much, because they are of the same type and often do not meet expectations. Therefore, I suggest cooking this pepper sauce yourself.
Ingredients
- Butter - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 200 ml
- Cream - 200 ml
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Bow purple - 0.5 pieces
- Salt - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in butter for a couple of minutes.
Pour boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add cream and boil until thickened.
Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
Simmer the sauce for another minute.
