
In my opinion, one of the most versatile can be called garlic sauce. It perfectly complements meat or fish dishes, makes them more fragrant and juicy. I'm telling you the recipe for cooking!
Ingredients
- Garlic - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
- Lemon juice - 6 tbsp.l.
- Water - 250 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the water and cool it. Ideally, it should be icy. Peel the garlic cloves from the husk.

Mix garlic, ice water and lemon juice in a blender bowl. Whisk the mass for 2 minutes. It should become a cloudy white color.

Gradually pour in the vegetable oil. Continue whisking until the sauce thickens. Add salt and whisk for another 2 minutes. The consistency will make a thick, well-flowing mass.

Put the sauce in a small bowl and serve it on the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
