It seems to me that shrimp can make almost any dish tastier. In any case, it turns out that way with Greek salad. Try to cook it with shrimp and see for yourself!
Ingredients
For Salad:
- Shrimp (chilled) – 350 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Olives (without a bone) – half a can
- Iceberg lettuce - half a bunch
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (boiling water) – 800 ml
For dressing:
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chilled shrimp with boiling water, cool and peel off the shells.
Chop the bell peppers, tomatoes and feta.
Wash iceberg lettuce, shake it off and tear it into small pieces.
Separately mix lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
In a wide bowl, mix lettuce leaves, shrimp, tomatoes, olives, cheese, bell pepper and oregano.
Pour in the prepared dressing and gently mix the salad.
