A good day begins with fragrant coffee and a lush curd casserole. You can cook it in different ways, but I most often use this recipe. A little semolina, one egg and no additives. If desired, the casserole can be served with jam, syrup or berries.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 80 ml
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 20 g
- Powdered sugar (for submission) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.

Mix semolina with warm milk and set aside for 10 minutes.

In a deep bowl, whisk the egg with salt and sugar.

Add cottage cheese, vanilla essence and semolina with milk.

Mix everything well, put it in a greased form and put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
