Rustic potatoes I usually cook in the oven. It's easier this way, because there is no need to stir it regularly. Recently I tried adding ginger and turmeric. It turned out just perfect: crispy crust with light spicy notes.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry and cut into slices.

Add turmeric, ground ginger, salt, oil and mix.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet so that the pieces do not touch each other.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
