Ingredients
- Fig - 350 g
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 300 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Carrots (young) – 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Butter - 70 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 700 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel the seeds and chop. Cut the carrots into thin slices.

Melt butter in a deep cauldron, add carrots, bell pepper and fry until golden brown.

Add the green peas, squeeze the garlic through the press and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

Add cumin, salt, washed rice, shrimp and hot water. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
