- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Black Currant - 1 handful
- Apricots - 10 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese, eggs, flour with baking powder, sour cream and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Put the mass in a baking dish. Spread the apricot halves and currant berries on top.
Put the dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
