- Milk (warm) – 2 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 180 g

- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Butter (for greasing pancakes) – 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a deep bowl, break the eggs, add salt, sugar and whisk until smooth.

Pour in the warm milk and mix well.

Without stopping stirring, add flour. The dough should turn out thick and flowing, like liquid sour cream.

Pour in half of the vegetable oil, leave the rest to lubricate the frying pan.

Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it well. Pour in half a ladle of dough, evenly distributing it over the surface with inclined movements.

Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides.

Put the finished pancake on a plate and brush with butter. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the test.
