Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix oat flakes with kefir and leave for 20 minutes. Add honey.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and transfer to a bowl with flakes. Add the egg, flour, baking soda and baking powder, mix.

Put the dough in the molds and bake the cupcakes for 30-40 minutes at 170 degrees in the oven. Check readiness with a toothpick, it should come out dry.
