- Flour - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 100 g
- Lavender - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder and sugar.

Grate cold butter on a grater and pour it into a bowl with a dry billet.

Thoroughly rub the mass with your hands until fine crumbs form.

Add lightly beaten egg, liquid honey and lavender.

Knead the dough.

Roll out a thin cake, squeeze out cookies with cuts.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
