Mix all the ingredients in a bowl – sifted flour, salt and sugar, dry yeast, warm water and butter.

Knead the soft dough and leave it to rise for 40-60 minutes, covering the bowl with a film.

Fry the chopped mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil, stirring, for 6-7 minutes.

Separately fry the chicken fillet over medium heat, 4-5 minutes on each side. Then chop the fillets in a blender.

Mix mushrooms, onions and chicken meat. Bring in the salt and spices. If desired, you can add a couple of spoons of sour cream or cream to make the filling juicier.

When the dough is ready, knead it and put it on a board or table. Divide into balls and roll each into a flat cake with a diameter of about 10 cm. Put about 1.5 tablespoons of filling in the center.

Pinch the edges of the pie and put it on a silicone mat. Repeat the same until the dough and filling are finished. Brush each pie with yolk using a cooking brush.

Bake the pies at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
