- Lingonberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
- Thyme - 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the cranberries with sugar, add thyme and bring to a boil.
Cook the jam for 5-10 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Then cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Remove the thyme and pour the jam into sterile jars.
