Ingredients
- Zucchini - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry in oil until soft.
Add the sliced zucchini and fry for another 10-15 minutes.
Chop everything with a blender and add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer the caviar for another 10-15 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
