Ingredients
- Cherry Plum - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the cherry plum and pierce each one with a toothpick so that it does not burst.
Boil water with sugar until sugar dissolves.
Pour the cherry plum syrup, leave for 3 hours, and then bring to a boil.
Boil the jam for half an hour on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
