Ingredients
- Grapes - 1.5 kg
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Carnation - 2 bud
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Pepper mixture with peas - 1 tsp.
- Cardamom - 1 pieces
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the spices and washed grapes in a jar.
Boil the water and pour it into the jar. Cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, boil again, add sugar and salt, and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour in the grapes, pour in the vinegar and roll up the jar.
