Compote of sea buckthorn and zucchini for winter

Do you like original drinks? Then you will like the compote of sea buckthorn and zucchini. Berries give a unique aroma and taste, and zucchini very successfully set off all this. The most amazing thing is that the vegetable tastes like pineapple.
Ingredients
- Sea Buckthorn - 1 kg
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Sugar - 400 g
- Citric acid - at the tip of the knife
- Water (filtered) – 6 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into small pieces.
Wash the sea buckthorn thoroughly under running water.
Fold the blanks into jars, taking up no more than a third of the volume.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour boiling syrup into jars, roll up and turn upside down.
