
I love cooking ketchups, and my last experiment – prune ketchup – turned out to be a real masterpiece! It is completely unusual and different from tomato ketchup, which we are used to seeing on store shelves. Be sure to add your favorite aromatic spices to create a rich and rich taste.
Ingredients
- Prunes - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop fruits and vegetables, pass through a meat grinder and grind through a sieve.
Add sugar and salt, and cook the ketchup for about 40 minutes on low heat.
Whisk it again with a blender, pour in the vinegar and bring to a boil.
Roll the ketchup into sterile jars.
