I love cooking ketchups, and my last experiment – prune ketchup – turned out to be a real masterpiece! It is completely unusual and different from tomato ketchup, which we are used to seeing on store shelves. Be sure to add your favorite aromatic spices to create a rich and rich taste.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly chop fruits and vegetables, pass through a meat grinder and grind through a sieve.

Add sugar and salt, and cook the ketchup for about 40 minutes on low heat.

Whisk it again with a blender, pour in the vinegar and bring to a boil.

Roll the ketchup into sterile jars.
