Greek salad with cheese, olives and iceberg lettuce

Greek salad has been popular for many years not only at home, but also far beyond its borders. The recipe has been repeatedly changed, improved and supplemented. Among others, a variant with cheese, olives and iceberg lettuce appeared.

Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
Iceberg lettuce - 3 leaf
Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
Bow purple - 1 piece
Cheese - 150 g
Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and peeled onions.

Tear the salad leaves with your hands.

Mix vegetables, olives, cheese and salad.

Add salt, ground pepper, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice. Gently mix with salad tongs.
