
The fish has a very delicate flavor, so the marinade for it needs a special one. It should emphasize and complement, not interrupt and distract attention. Through long searches and experiments, I found a recipe for an excellent marinade. I'm sharing my find with you!
Ingredients
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Sea salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil.

Add garlic passed through the press and pepper peas ground in a mortar.

Add salt and rosemary leaves rubbed with your fingers.

Cover the sauce with cling film for 10 minutes, after which you can start marinating.
