
This is a simple and universal recipe for all occasions. Such pancakes can be prepared with different fillings or without them at all. I advise you to cover the finished pancakes with a lid or a large plate - so they will become softer and tastier.
Ingredients
- Water (warm) – 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 220 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with a whisk with sugar and salt.

Pour 200 ml of warm water and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything well.

Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead the mass until smooth.

Add the remaining water and mix again.

Preheat a frying pan, add a little oil and pour in half a ladle of dough, evenly distributing it over the surface with inclined movements.

Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Repeat the same steps with the rest of the test.
