The spicy taste of garlic and mayonnaise in the marinade will make champignons an amazing dish on the grill. Such mushrooms are eaten faster than meat at any picnic!
Ingredients
- Champignons - 0.5 kg
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the ingredients, rinse and dry the mushrooms.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and salt.

Put the mushrooms in a deep container, add the marinade, mix well and leave the mushrooms in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
