
Classic Georgian satsebeli sauce is easy to prepare. It turns out to be much healthier and tastier than the one that can be found in the store. Take the time and prepare this sauce for meat and fish in your kitchen. Surprise your guests!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 200 gr
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cilantro - 20 gr
- Sugar - 1 art.l
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the vegetables, separate the hot pepper from the seeds. Put all the vegetables through a meat grinder.

Add sugar, spices, salt to taste. Send the sauce to cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Finely chop the cilantro, add to the sauce, stir and remove from the heat. Cool and serve with the meat in a saucepan.
